About one and a half hours’ drive east of Rome, in the Abruzzo mountains, you’ll find Civita d’Antino at 900 meters AMSL. Facing the church entrance, at the north-west end of Palazzo Ferrante, is the Hulias Cantina, known as the cantina by the locals. The cantina used to serve as the vine storage and sosial venue for the the local community. Hulias aims to continue this tradition by repurposing the space as a studio and exhibition space.
